Simon Schubert

*1976, Cologne, Germany

Simon Schubert creates with his uniquely precise method of folding plain white paper architectural settings, powerful images and common objects, whereas the materials he uses are either simple but sophisticated. In doing so his works persist hauntingly beautiful in the exploration of surfaces and depth effects, ephemerality and disapperance.                                                        Schubert lives in Cologne, Germany.
