(No) Fear in Kunstverein Ludwigshafen 23/09/08

The visitor will experience the complex phenomenon fear in different ways in the photos, videos, sculptures and installations presented at “Wonders of the Prairie”. The exhibition shows how old age, illness and death can cause fear in everybody, how the social and political sphere is occupied with the fear of what is strange, the fear of terror, environmental catastrophes and climate change and how these fears increasingly influence our thinking and our actions. Also with Boris Eldagsen and his series "Safety by Numbers".
